1. Services

Linn Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, alteration, and related garment care services at our Philadelphia locations. By dropping off garments or requesting pickup/delivery service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Garment Care & Liability

  • Linn Cleaners follows the care instructions on garment labels.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from manufacturer defects, pre-existing wear, or care labels that do not accurately represent the garment's composition.

  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. Liability is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge for the affected item, not to exceed the garment's fair market value.

  • Unclaimed items are held for 90 days. Items not retrieved within 90 days may be donated or disposed of.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of dropoff unless a prior account arrangement has been made. We accept major credit and debit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery

Pickup and delivery service is available in designated service areas. Scheduling is subject to availability. Linn Cleaners is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

5. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS messaging program at the point of sale, you agree to receive text messages from Linn Cleaners as described in our Privacy Policy (https://www.linncleaners.com/privacy). Participation is voluntary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or purchased by any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
