Linn Cleaners collects the following information from customers:

Service address (for pickup and delivery customers)
Order history and garment care preferences
Payment information (processed securely through our payment processor; Linn Cleaners does not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Process and manage your dry cleaning and laundry orders
Send transactional SMS messages (receipts, order status updates) if you have opted in
Send promotional SMS messages if you have separately opted in
Improve our services and customer experience

3. SMS/Text Messaging
Linn Cleaners operates an SMS messaging program for customers who affirmatively opt in at our point-of-sale system. Participation is entirely voluntary.
Consent: By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Linn Cleaners at the phone number you provided.
Message types: Receipts, order status/delivery updates, and/or promotional offers, depending on which categories you opted in to.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Promotional messages are sent up to 4 times per month. Transactional messages (receipts, order ready notifications) are sent once per applicable order event.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also opt out in person at either store location.

Data sharing: SMS/text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or purchased by any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Linn Cleaners does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers:** We work with trusted vendors (payment processors, SMS delivery platforms) who access data only as needed to provide their services to us, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Customer records, including SMS consent records, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years. Consent records include the date and method of consent, the phone number provided, and the message categories consented to.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is never stored on our systems.
